I saw Pete Bullimore yesterday who is one of the Grounds team’s supervisor (who was also on the course). He was very complimentary and said the team really enjoyed the course. They had attended a similar course delivered by a different company that they didn’t get much out of – your course was so much better. They really liked the delivery and thought the trainer was fun but informative. All very positive.

Well, the announcement last night was a little surprise. We can open from June 8th. We have been awaiting the go ahead from the CDO and NHS England. Great news!!
We were so lucky to have booked the training with One Call Training for our team to be fit with masks to use when we return to practice. Some procedures need a different type of mask due to covid (so we might look a bit different to before)!
I would highly recommend the training company and mask fitting. Exactly what the practice needed.

Just a few words by way of thanks to record how very appreciative I am of your professionalism demonstrated throughout the whole mentoring process. I thank you Doug for without your perseverance and excellent communication I may never have secured agreeable session dates. I benefited greatly from my sessions with Greg, I found his sessions comprehensively delivered and engaging which is no easy task considering courses are delivered to such a diverse audience. I have worked for One Call Training on numerous occasions and the one thing I immediately noticed was how professional they were and how they conducted their training! They deliver the highest training in their field whether be PASMA, IPAF, Abrasive Wheels or many of the other courses that they offer! Greg Ball is a fantastic instructor and if there is ever an instructor that knows his subject it's Greg (My Mentor). When I'm called upon I always turn up for the course and find everything I need there waiting for me. I never have to go looking for the equipment. I never have to inspect it. It's all done in advance so we can deliver the best training possible!!! When I started my career in the access industry I learned all I needed to know from One Call Training. Doug & Greg Ball !

Generally the whole set up and management of the training was very good indeed, Greg Ball demonstrated a sound and thorough knowledge of the asbestos industry and delegates appeared to obtain a very good grasp of their subject following the training course, feed back from the delegates indicated a strong satisfaction with the way the course had been delivered and the knowledge they had gained from the course.
In my view the course was presented professionally and competently and fully complied with the requirements of current asbestos legislation.
