Well, the announcement last night was a little surprise. We can open from June 8th. We have been awaiting the go ahead from the CDO and NHS England. Great news!!
We were so lucky to have booked the training with One Call Training for our team to be fit with masks to use when we return to practice. Some procedures need a different type of mask due to covid (so we might look a bit different to before)!
I would highly recommend the training company and mask fitting. Exactly what the practice needed.
ENHANCED DENTAL Leeds
I appreciate Greg helping out at short notice. Can you please also thank Greg for a really good day, we have done this course twice before but learned more this time than the other 2 put together and some? Very professional, got the points over in a way we understood and a gentleman along the way. 10 out if 10. Thanks again,
I would just like to thank yourself for you cooperation in organising the PASMA instructor mentor sessions I had with Greg. Very much appreciated.
Could you also pass on my thanks to Greg. He made my mentor sessions very easy and enjoyable.
I have received the PASMA Certificates and ID Cards. Now that's what you call great customer service.
Doug and Gregg,
Just a brief note to thank you for the excellent training Gregg provided for us today. Gregg’s voice held out and we made it through. We were both very impressed with the professionalism shown and in Greggs obvious knowledge and interest of the subject.
Many thanks and best wishes,
I would highly recommend One Call Training Services as a valued suppler/training company. We have been using One Call Training since 2011 and our relationship is still ongoing. Greg Ball has excellent communication skills; we receive 100% feedback from all of our customers. In addition he is extremely organized and always reliable. One Call Training mostly supply IPAF 3a3b Training for our company, this is delivered in a professional manner and to the highest standards. The Abrasive Wheels training went very well, Mike was very friendly & professional, and the course very informative.
Got the certificates this morning.
Thanks for the prompt and expert service.
Should we require any further training that you provide I am sure we will be in touch.
Just a few words by way of thanks to record how very appreciative I am of your professionalism demonstrated throughout the whole mentoring process.
I thank you Doug for without your perseverance and excellent communication I may never have secured agreeable session dates.
I benefited greatly from my sessions with Greg, I found his sessions comprehensively delivered and engaging which is no easy task considering courses are delivered to such a diverse audience.
After each sessions I received feed-back from Greg which was both positive and constructive in tone and I will be embracing this guidance into my own course delivery.
Now ive got my wings im looking forward to flying solo………thanks again fellas.
I have worked for One Call Training on numerous occasions and the one thing I immediately noticed was how professional they were and how they conducted their training! They deliver the highest training in their field whether be PASMA, IPAF, Abrasive Wheels or many of the other courses that they offer! Greg Ball is a fantastic instructor and if there is ever an instructor that knows his subject it's Greg (My Mentor). When I'm called upon I always turn up for the course and find everything I need there waiting for me. I never have to go looking for the equipment. I never have to inspect it. It's all done in advance so we can deliver the best training possible!!! When I started my career in the access industry I learned all I needed to know from One Call Training. Doug & Greg Ball !
Summary of Audit by AMAC for IATP Asbestos membership
Generally the whole set up and management of the training was very good indeed, Greg Ball demonstrated a sound and thorough knowledge of the asbestos industry and delegates appeared to obtain a very good grasp of their subject following the training course, feed back from the delegates indicated a strong satisfaction with the way the course had been delivered and the knowledge they had gained from the course.
In my view the course was presented professionally and competently and fully complied with the requirements of current asbestos legislation.
Letter to PASMA
With reference to our telephone conversation please find attached my completed mentoring programme/records plus photo.
I would just like to note that even though I was nervous throughout my mentoring sessions, I could not have wished for a better Lead Instructor/Mentor than Greg Ball who soon put me at ease and took time to explain anything I had doubts about. I would much appreciate it if you could forward my thanks to him.
Just wanted to thank you and Greg for Ladders course yesterday our lads really enjoyed it !!
